The 5 Day NicaRisas Outreach Program limits 3, and the 7 Day NicaRisas Outreach Program is limited to 1 dentist to accompany Dr. Brannon.

2026 and 2027 Outreach Program Dates and Prices are as follows:

• November 27 – Dec 1, 2026 (5 days) $3400
• November 27 – Dec 4, 2026 (7 days)
• Jan 29 – Feb 2, 2027 – Roberto Clemente Annual Health Fair (5 days): $3400
• Jan 29 – Feb 5, 2027 (7 days)

To secure your place on any the NicaRisas Outreach Program, please complete the following:

• Submit your $500 non-refundable deposit.
• Submit your signed Participant Agreement. You can download your Participant Agreement here. (Digital signatures are fine.)

Payment Schedule

• Deposit: $500 (accepted while placement is available).
• Installment: 50% of Balance due 3 months before your arrival date.
• Final Balance: due 2 months before your arrival date.

Your individual payment plan will be emailed to you with specific dates and amounts.

All payments are non-refundable. You will receive a friendly reminder a week before your next payment is due.

Payment to Venture Within via Zelle or Venmo is preferred. If you would like to pay with a credit card or another form of payment, please reach out to Christy Nichols of Venture Within in the contact form below, and we can make other payment arrangements.

Travel

Airport options are Augusto C Sandino International Airport in Managua (MGA), Nicaragua, or Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport in Liberia (LIR), Costa Rica. We will pick you up at the airport upon arrival.  Please reach out to Christy Nichols, and we’ll help you arrange for the best possible travel logistics. Christy@venture-within.com
