This past weekend, dentists and practice teams from across Affordable Dentures & Implants clinics in Arizona came together for the annual Arizona ONETeam Symposium, hosted by Dr. Sibera Brannon, a long-time mentor and Practice Owner with Affordable Dentures & Implants.
The two-day program blended live clinical demonstrations, leadership development and team building sessions, featuring presentations from Dr. Brandon Kofford, JULIEANNE O’CONNOR, Monie Wilder, and Rick Lim — all centered on this year’s theme: “The Power of ONETeam: Navigating Change, Driving Growth.”
Dr. Brannon shared his gratitude for the team who helped make it all possible:
“I want to take a moment to recognize DFO Robert Northcott and PDS Maria Ahmed for their incredible leadership and teamwork during the Arizona ONETeam Symposium. Their organization, energy and attention to detail made it possible for me to focus on the clinical, lab and speaker side of the event and it showed. The feedback from our teams has been amazing. We saw connection, growth and unity in every session — the true spirit of ONETeam.”
He added, “Each year, this conference reminds us that we are stronger together. When we collaborate, share ideas, and learn from each other, we elevate not just our practices but the care we deliver to every patient.”
